Blind - Blinds the target, causing it to wander at X% of move speed confused for up to Y seconds. This requires Blinding Powder. Any damage will cancel the Blind effect. Blind cancels combat when used.

Assassination - Burst or Frontloaded Damage, Critical Hit Increases, More potent Finishing moves and Poison Improvements. Combat - Sustained Damage and Passive Bonuses and improvements to Open Melee Fighting. Subtlety - Stealth Improvements, Opening Move Improvements, DoTs, Energy Conservation and Cooldown Control.

Elite Monsters Elite Monsters are MUCH more powerful versions of the regular monsters you find. They are typically either special quest monsters, or monsters that are found inside special dungeons. They can be identified by an "Elite" tag, a special dragon border around their name, or when they smash you into the ground! It's best not to fight Elite monsters unless your character has a much higher level then that of the Elite monsters. You will find this out for yourself when they attack/kill you.

World dungeons, such as Medivh's Tower, the Westfall Deadmines, and the Scarlet Monastery, are grander in scale than micro dungeons and are specifically designed for more epic encounters. All these locations have common areas where players can meet up and fight together. But, deeper in the dungeons are areas set up specifically for more private group (or sometimes guild) adventures. These areas, called "instanced zones," allow you and a group of friends to have a more personal experience, exploring, adventuring, or completing quests in your own private dungeon. You also have the ability to invite others into your instanced zone to join you. This relieves many of the camping, kill-stealing, and farming issues that MMORPGs sometimes face. The monsters in instanced zones are typically more powerful, so groups of players will have to work together to defeat them, but with greater dangers come greater rewards!

An instance is a special copy of the dungeon for you and your party. The only players in this instance will be yourself and members in your party. No one else can enter this copy of the dungeon. This allows you your own personal dungeon without other outside interference. The dungeon is fully spawned and it is balanced and designed specifically for you and your party.
